Luke Hendon Music
About
I am a professional musician with over 20 years of high level experience performing and teaching. I recently moved to CT with my wife and children from NYC to give our children the luxuries of suburban life.
I look at each student individually and try to expose them to material that will not only spark thier enthusiasm, but give them a focused path to success.
I have enjoyed much success in the field of music as well as had the pleasure to learn countless musical tips from many great teachers. I enjoy helping people discover the joys of music and hope- that it is my way of helping my community.
I have worked professionally in the fields of pop, jazz, R&B, rock, world music, music for tv-film-theater, country and gospel.
I am an accomplished guitarist and song writer and also am proficient in audio engineering and producing.
I like interacting and helping people of all ages. I like to see the sparks go off as people start to "get it" and I really enjoy helping people foster an enthusiasm for music and learning. I also like engaging on the subject of music and it helps me to become a better musician and teacher every time I teach.
