What is your typical process for working with a new student?
When working with new students I prefer to learn more about what they are excited to learn about and I design a menu or lesson around that.

I am a Culinary Institute of America graduate

Check there credentials, and if they understand what is most important that you want to learn about. Not what they want to teach. DomSome well rounded in all types of cuisine and diets.
