About
Many of my younger students previously have had one or two teachers and were not progressing or had given up. Parents have often mentioned to me that getting them to practice was difficult. After one month with me, those children were enjoying the piano so much that they gravititated to the piano without being asked to practice every day and looked forward to their lesson.

My adult students get compliments about how good they sound from their spouses and family. They all find my methods comfortable and easy to accomplish.
Seeing students eyes light up at the joy and beauty of making music.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Observing how each student processes sound. I test hearing and coordination. Every individual has a differnt brain function but all of us have the same challenges associated with learning the piano. A good teacher will address the indivduality of the student and will have flexible methods at his/her disposal to guide the student.
