Divine Musik Lessons specializes in private music instruction for students and adults. We have been serving the New Castle County community for over 10 years. Our instructor Francee Boulware has been playing piano for over 20 years. She is an alumna of Delaware State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education. For the past 10 years she has served as an instructor at Christina Cultural Arts Center. Francee has had the privilege to perform throughout the United States as a professional musician. Our instructor is very passionate about providing quality music education to all her students. She pours into all her students to be the best they can be rather they want to play privately or professionally. Every student is unique and learns in his or her own way. We accommodate those needs and strengths of all students.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Our teaching philosophy …
We provide quality music education to beginner musicians from ages 5 to adult. We considering teaching to be a vocation – it is a “calling” and charisma to impact the lives of others through music instruction. Our priority is to help students to become independent musicians. Independent musicians are well versed in their craft. Students will be able to read sheet music, play complex rhythmic pieces, and develop strong music theory as well as practical experience. Our instructors work to provide quality instruction that caters to each individual student’s needs.
Our instructors teach variety of genres (classical, jazz, pop, soul and gospel) to give students a broader learning experience. We do begin with classical music to ensure proper fingering techniques, scales, arpeggios, chords and progressions

Our lessons are $30 for 30 min lesson and $45 for 45 min lesson.
How did you get started teaching?
I have 10 years of teaching piano lessons professionally.
What types of students have you worked with?
I work with all types of students. I generally recommend students to be age 5 to begin piano lessons.
