Whether you want to learn for fun, self defense, or just a working professional looking for an alternative form of healthy excersise, who better to teach you and work with than a legitimate Champion Professional trainer. I have worked excersise private sessions with other sport atheletes, children, and excuetive professsional adults. There are many false teachers at health clubs and excersise gyms all over that have little in any real credentials for what they are "showing" you. I have over 17 years in coaching and I have practically been around boxing my entire life. I was an amatuer boxer myself, who due to a wrist injury was not able to pursue a professional career. My asspirations turned from fighter to becoming the best coach I could be. My credentials run from being a city team head amatuer trainer where my fighters won several state, regional, and national championships over 6 years, to the professional ranks where I have accomplished working with 7 professional champions and many top contenders, first as an assistant, then main assistant, then head coach. I have worked with fighters that formerly have won the WBA, WBC, IBF, WBO, and IBO titles. The DS boxing family currently guides 10 professional boxers and does the boxing training for 5 professional MMA. When it comes to private trainings i really find it enjoyable to see an individual transform over time. That can encompass many things from physical attributes, to self esteem growth, to just a sense of personal accomplishment as you continue to learn this skill. I always like to see my clients smile when they start to grasp a move or just generally improve on thier technique. This is a job, but there is a nice sense of just knowing you are helping an individual personally. Currently have some openings for morning one on one coaching/training 1 hour training sessions time slots can start as early as 5am and or late as 9am. That slot is yours. Whether its a child of 10 or you are an adult of 70..and anything in between.. will acess your abilities and work paitently and in a healthy manner. If you choose to train at my location the cost is 80 dollars per session, if you would rather I drive to your residence or place of traing it is 150 dollars per session. I also have 10 session packages that give you a reduced cost. 10 sessions packages at my location are 650 dollars (versus the reg.800). 10 session packages at your residence or alternate location are 1,250 dollars (versus the reg.1500). These sessions can be scheduled by you and I spread out however you would like from Monday through Saturday. On the packages if I have a situation that forces me to miss a scheduled session, I will make that day up and give you an extra day on me. What is your typical process for working with a new student?
well first you have to learn the basics of, starting from footwork and mental aspects. we must also acess the type of physical intensity that fits your needs
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was an amatuer boxer as a youth, i had been invited to tryout at a professional camp of a big promotional company before a wrist injury derailed those aspirations. I have worked with normal individuals and professionals of the sport. I have literally been at every level of the sport and participated in events that were held on several major cable networks such as nbc, cbs, spike, bien sports, bounce tv, espn, hbo, and showtime.

80 dollars per session at my boca raton location 160 nw 24 th street, boca raton, fl 33431 bay #17. Or 150 dollars per session ifIi drive to you, whether at your personal residence or a specific location. There are 10 session packages for both which will bring you savings. the 10 seesions at my location will cost 650 dollars instead of the reg. 800. The pacakge at your location will cost 1,250 dollars instead of the reg.1500

How did you get started teaching?
I have been around boxing my whole life. my God mother is the sister of Wilfred Benitez the youngest professional boxing champion in all the history of boxing. A mark likely never to be broken. After my professional asspirations changed. I started studying many great coaches and voluntering at police atheletic league youth boxing programs. Thats where I started, the climb is earned history.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
all to often i see someone hold a water bottle or throw a towel over thier shoulder and fleece a person by telling them they are a boxing trainer. I dont like the word trainer, i consider myself a coach. Boxing is not a skill set you can learn with online certificate, its not someone just setting up a some excersises. I would advise to check the credentials. You wouldnt hire a an actor or a person who watches crime shows to be my lawyer right? That doesnt actually give them the credentials to do a job or teach right. So why wouldnt you hire a real professional for this or anything you endeavor in.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
really for this it would be more what medical or physical limitations you may have so that your training can be adjusted accordingly
