I've been involved and around boxing almost all my life. I am a professional head trainer. My credentials include working with 7 champion professionals, many top contenders as either main assistant or head trainer. I also led city amatuer team many years ago in which we accomplished several state, regional, and national championships as a head trainer. I currently have 10 boxing professionals and 5 MMA fighter for which I guide on thier Boxing training. What you get is 1 hour personal training with a legitimate head boxing trainer who has experienced all levels of the sport and been to the top. I will work with you and teach you very similarly to a professional whether it's an alternative way of physical conditioning or for your health or even self esteem. Of course we will dial it according to your physical abilities of needs. I am patient, and passionate, and I'm looking forward to helping you. It's nice to teach and see an individual smile as they are learning and improving. I have 2 different price ranges 80 dollars an hour if you come to me. Or 150 dollars an hour if I come to your residence. I also have packages of you want 7 sessions for 500 in my Boca Gym or 800 for 7 session in your residence. That said when you buy the packages and schedule a date if I have some emergency I will make it up on another date. If you schedule and no show it's a lost day. I have slot times available starting as early as 5am and as late as 8am
