Kru Anthony Willis is from the (UK),he is the head coach of (Imtk) and has been involved in Muay Thai for over 25 yrs and has traveled the world,including Dubai, Thailand,Australia teaching and competing in Muay Thai kickboxing and through my commitment I gained British Lightweight title.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Must have good friendly customer service and man Managment skills with patience to coach or teach this Martial Art. Not many fighters or ex fighters have the skill to pass this knowledge on ..
you need to have an understanding and be able to read people and not to intimidate new students , I love this martial art,it's started as an hubby and I grew to love Muay Thai kickboxing even more .
The process is find out if a new student is familiar with any kind of martial art or fitness sport,and work out a program that would be suited to there needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Dealing with customers on a daily basis gives me confidence in dealing with different types of people,
over the pass 25+years I've worked in schools teaching kids Muay Thai ..
ive been hired to trained private companies for team bonding sessions for work colleagues etc which has worked quite well .
Im first aid qualified / and a life coach for mental health .

How did you get started teaching?
Got introduced by friends , I thought I was very fit until I tried Muay Thai .
I got hooked and never looked back, became the British Lightweight Champion.
What types of students have you worked with?
All private coaching at there's or my location!
I've got fighters training in small groups !
I coach young children and self-defense for boys and girls .
I also coach private senior client at there location in Boca Raton.

I follow UK football / Soccer ⚽️

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure you re-search your teacher properly, he needs to be patient and non aggressive.
Try to get recommendations!
Make sure you try out this sport with a coach who knows what he is doing !!
Also try to find a coach who specializes in Muay Thai/ Boxing ONLY" and dosn't coaches everything(a jack of all trades and a master of none type of guy)
