About
Combat Movement doesn't only teach you Combat Sports like Boxing, Muay Thai ect. but most importantly we do a Movement practice that is geared around teaching you how to Move in ways that you will see in Combat and in other Arts. This works mainly mobility, strength, coordination and skill development. I love to hold mitts for my clients and teach them fundamentals and ways to progress in boxing and also have a tough workout. I work with all ages and skill levels. I been a personal trainer for 10 years and I am Certified through NASM and I am a Certified Yoga instructor. I create a fun friendly environment that is also educational for you to have get real results. I am looking forward to coaching you next !
