Dr.OM Yoga offers Group and private one-on-one sessions. We can customize a session length, frequency and style of yoga to best fit your needs. Our sessions are designed for all levels and our experienced and certified yoga instructors offer an array of styles. Each session includes breathing techniques to lower stress and reduce anxiety, a series of asanas/yoga postures to promote relation, balance and flexibility, Savasana (resting pose) at the end of the practice with a aromatherapy essential oil application.
Carolina Salazar is the founder of DrOm Yoga she is Certified in Power Vinyasa Yoga, a 200 hour Registered yoga teacher, with six years teaching experience, available for group and private sessions. All levels welcome.
