I'm on the Food Network the hit show chopped people! I was so nervous almost passed out while on the show.....lol. True story...
I focused on the individual. There are plenty of cooking classes who keep to a bunch of cuisine / techniques you may not be interested in. We do a direct teaching cooking method. At the end of the day the cooking lesson should be about the individual. Not About how many Cuisines he or she can conquer.
My biggest reward is seeing someone conquer their fears of the kitchen. Understanding that things will go wrong. My job to teach how to fix things when they do go wrong and also make them a rock star mom dad sister brother whoever you are I have Room to teach and I'm impatient...
I have for 25 of being a chef! I'm certified in baking pastry and cooking so you can learn everything with me I want stop Chef. Also serve Safe. So not only will we go over all the fundamentals will offer keep people safe.

Getting to know the student is the most important to me initially. We set up a phone conference to find out strengths and wants and needs. From there we map out a very intense plan but fun to help the students personal and long-term goals.
