Welcome! My name is Daniella Herrera and I am a certified fitness professional. My priority is to work with my clients through their journey into a healthy lifestyle with regular exercise and proper nutricional habits. However more than that, my goal is to help my clients evolve themselves into a higher standard of living. What I love most about my job is that I get to work with people to strengthen themselves both physically and mentally. Watching my clients progress is full filling and a passion of mine. Furthermore I am accredited as a trainer and nutrition expert and have 2 years experience training clients. My own fitness journey began 6 years ago with a trainer of my own. I became a more confident woman, it helped me with my energy, health, mood and organization. I have found many positive things from leading a healthy life and I would to share them with you as internally and externally the rewards are countless.

Daniella is an amazing trainer, and I can’t recommend her enough! She was supportive and motivating throughout the entire process, and tailored the sessions to meet my fitness goals. I also love how much emphasis she puts on teaching proper form, ensuring that I fully understand each exercise. I truly appreciate her positivity, and how she creates a welcoming environment that makes me look forward to working out. Coach Dani is an amazing trainer! I started my fitness journey 2 years and 70lbs ago. Steadily working 3 times a week through the routines she organized I have lost the weight and built muscle.
