I'm a great a coach played many sports so I have many tips on almost all of them. I am currently a boxer but my main focus is strength , conditioning, and flexibility. You can not be a athlete without these three attributes they are a need and they are a must. Hard work and dedication will always beat talent and I want to show all my athletes that's true by training them and making better than the next man/woman up. Start with a basic training day nothing serious. Get to know my athlete and see what particularly it is they want to develop on. Now if I see something that needs progress I will work on it until it's perfected. After about 2-3 days of getting to know each other then me and my athlete will progress to peak potential every step of the way my job is to make them a better athlete and a better person!
I've played football most of my life also went to school on a full football scholarship at Tennessee State University , I've also played baseball when I was younger and I recently picked up boxing. In all sports I've played I realize being in the best shape possible will always be your best friend.
