I feel that when to comes to the Culinary Arts there is no such thing as a stupid question.

It’s not work, but passion. If it was work, then it would be drudgery. It’s the ability to make people other than yourself, happy , with new food ideas, because we all have to eat, and being able to prepare the best cuisine, is a skill not everyone can acquire. To be able to show interested people , something new for the palate, is what good chefs do.

    Graduated Cum Laude from The Art Institue of Fort Lauderdale. Have worked for the Broward County Convention Center, Pro Player Stadium, various caterers, and am very skilled in many cuisines.

    $25/ hour on a 3 hour minimum, because I feel nothing takes a short time to learn and master. 

    I started, with showing my fellow chefs, how to save time and effort , while doing more than I task at a time. The biggest opponent to a chef is time, and being able to manage that time, to get all parts of the menu done, is paramount. 

    Mostly worked with people who have little or no skill, and am ready to go from there to advance a students knowledge. 

    To make sure that the person that they hire is knowledgeable, in the types of skills they want to learn, and the types of cuisines they are interested in, plus any other areas they wish to know about.

    What they want to learn, the methods they would like to be taught, the the amount of time they wish to put into their learning time. What types of books or manuals, they would like recommended.
