I am delighted to offer Voice Lessons as well as your own, talior-made lesson which can include piano, composition, jazz, Musical Theater, intepretation and promotional ideas.
I am very supportive, and have your success and best interests in mind. I want you to succeed!!
I am fun and creative and will inspire my students to compose and create their own songs and perform them!
My strengths are Music Theory, Jazz, Composition, Voice and Performance.
Areas are Classical, Broadway and American Songbook.
I work with all ages and always am prepared to inspire greatness in my students!
I love teaching voice, because my teacher has given me the secrets of Bel Canto Italian Opera Singing that is rare indeed.
I enjoy seeing my students progress and seeing the light of their success and development.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
During the first lesson, we explain the process of studying voice, basic breath and posture, and then we explore the range of the voice.
Once we determine the range, quality and areas of work the student needs to develop, we can chart a course for study and success.
Each student is unique in his or her gifts, talents and areas which need development. It is my expertise and experience which will allow me to apply certain skills that need to be developed during lessons.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 3 Degrees in Education:
B.A. and M.S. in Music Education at the Aaron Copland School of Music
S.C. in Education / Administration at Yeshiva University
18 years of Leadership Training at Landmark Education
Private training for 30 years with Voice Teachers and Coaches in Opera, Art Song, Pop, Jazz and in various languages including Italian, French, Spanish, German, Hebrew and Yiddish.
Cantor in Synagogues for 40 years.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
My rate for Lessons.com is currently $50 an hour which is a discounted price from my standard $75 an hour, if the student comes to the house and studies consistently.
If the student takes a package there will be a bonus lesson after 20 lessons.
