We are a boutique yoga studio located in Hialeah, Florida. We invite you to come on by, leave your worries at the door. Breathe. Let go. Recharge. Give yourself an hour to clear your mind, help relieve your stress, make yourself stronger, and more capable of taking on any challenge that is waiting for you outside. You deserve this hour. Body4Yoga is open 7 days week and is currently offering 32 classes each week in Hot Yoga Vinyasa & Vinyasa Flow, Hot Yoga Ashtanga, Power Yoga, Iron Yoga, PiYO Live, Yin Yoga, Non-Heated Hatha Vinyasa & Gentle Vinyasa Flow, Prenatal Yoga, Kids Yoga, and Mat Pilates.
We also offer Private Yoga Sessions (individual or group), Private Personal Training, as well as Private Pilates Instruction with a reformer.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Once we've scheduled your private yoga session we want to take a little time to get to know you. We want to go over your expecations and limitations. Only then can we create a personal practice that is specifically structured to your individual needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All instructors have completed their 200 Hour Teacher Training.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Private sessions are priced $50 for one person and $75 for a group of 2 or 3. Pricing options are avilalbe for larger groups and group events.
What types of students have you worked with?
We have worked with all age groups from kids to seniors.
