Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I usually like to speak to my students to find out exactly what their skill level is and also what their expectations are with the class. Also I like to know what things the students WANT to learn to be able to implement it in the lessons so that they leave feeling that they have accomplished and achieved their desired goal.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I currently work at El Sol, Jupiter Neighborhood Resource Center as the kitchen coordinator and culinary vocational trainer. I have almost 20 years in the culinary industry varying from merchant ships, hotels, resturants and non profits. I graduated from Florida Culinary Insitute and have been Serve Safe certified through the National Resturant Association.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
