Fit to a T has a seasoned Certified Personal trainer, Nutritional Health Coach and Licensed Chiropractic Assistant on staff that will design a customized fitness and weight loss plan that addresses your goals like healthy anti-aging, improved balance and stability, core strength and pain management. We incorporate strength training, functional training, high intensity interval training, instruction for proper body mechanics, core strengthening and balance, so you have well rounded workouts that are fun, diverse and modified for pain relief. Our bodies are amazing and adaptable machines that are made to move and need to be challenged to achieve growth and positive change. By working together, we can discover the food and lifestyle choices that best support you. Making gradual, lifelong changes enables you to reach your current and future health goals and avoid getting hurt in everyday life doing the things you love to do.
