My focus is on helping people get healthy and enjoy the foods they eat along the way.
As the resident chef for the Brunch Gang, my job is to create unique culinary experiences for people with severe allergies, illnesses, and many other special diet needs. After over 16 years in the restaurant business, I no longer spend my days buried in kitchen. I bring the restaurant to you now.

My favorite part of being a chef is hearing about how good people feel after they eat food that I have prepared for them or showed them how to make for themselves. It's a great feeling to know that someone is empowered to live better because of my food.

The typical process of creating classes for new students starts with with a basic skill and competency test, followed by a detail discussion of the specific skills, recipes or ideas the student has in mind to learn. Then we decide how many lessons it will require to gain a basic knowledge of the desired info and proceed from there.
After graduating from the International Cooking School at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, I learned about cooking and kitchen know how from restruants and chef's from all over South Florida. Ranging from classical french cuisine to cooking in survival situations or special diet needs, I can show you the all sides of cooking.
Although I can provide training for all types of cooking, my specialties are -

Classes are costed individually @ $120 and include tax, instructor transportation, and ingredients.

How many people need to ask you how to make something before you start teaching people how to do it? I was asked so many times to help someone cook something healthy for a sick loved one, that I began teaching people how to cook easy and healthy, delicious foods that don't bite back. It is my greatest joy to see someone beat a life threatening dis-ease or illness with the power of practice and healthy eating.
I have worked with people one on one in home and restuarant kitchen environments for the past ten years. Over that time I have trained 7 individuals to become veggie ninjas, capable of taking plant based foods and fresh ingredients to another level, including a live in apprentice that lived in my home for over a year, who now is the executive chef of a seaside eatery in New Jersey. Along the way, I have helped countless people cook food themselves and their families that have allowed them to create moments and memories that going out to eat just can't provide.
Now that I have retired from working for other people, my focus is on exclusive plant based dinner parties and brunch events in and around Fort Lauderdale. My next event is the Midsummer Night's Dream Festival in Hollywood, FL at Together We Stand on July 27th, 2019.
