It has been a blessing to work with Camille! She truly cares and listens to your needs. We are working on restorative yoga to rehab my hip after surgery as well as prenatal. She watches me carefully, ensuring that with each move my body is supported. I get so much more than just yoga. She incorporates the mediations, affirmations, intentions and other healing aspects of yoga. I joke and say she fixes me during every session. I come in stressed from the work day and leave feeling relaxed and rejuvenated with renewed faith in my body. She is a Godsend! I love working with her!
