Well let’s just say I love to not only teach however I like leaving an impact that could be passed on through generations. Cooking and creating is meant to be done with love! That's what I bring to any session we’re not just cooking but we’re cooking and learning with love. And let’s not forget FUN!! I also have my own pickle company I make fresh spiced pickles like no other. That can be used in mutiple ways the brine I make is so flavorful i have pickle haters buying three and four jars at a time!
Sharing how to make lasting memories sharing my passion for what I do giving someone a roadmap to create there own creation. Creating having fun!!!!!!

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Finding out what are the needs of the student. Then determining how I would be of service to them
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Currently I have a Associates in Culinary and a Bachelors degree in Culinary Management. On the weekends I teach cooking and technical classes at the William Sonoma Merrick park located in Coral Gables Florida.
Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
It all depends on the amount of people and location. But on the basis it starts at $50.00 per person

About 8 years ago I started doing live, food demos and got a job At William Sonoma enjoyed the responses and haven’t stopped since

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
Wining First place at the Publix Cook-off at the Jamacian Jerkfestival and also winning second place at the Miami Gardens food and wine I competed in the Master chef contest. As well as participated as a vendor and not to mention meeting one of my idols CHEF ROBLE! he was super cool and loved my curry lamb!

Check out there credential make sure they’re worth your time and they’re passionate about what they do!
