I offer self-defense based on reality. The style we practice in Commando Krav Maga, also known as CKM.
Commando Krav Maga (CKM) is considered by many experts to be the most evolved and effective Israeli hand-to-hand combat system in the world. Moni Aizik developed Commando Krav Maga (CKM) as a reality-based self-defense system, engineered for the most brutal and vicious street confrontations.
One of the things I enjoy most about learning CKM, is to see how people improve their physical form, increase their self-esteem, while learning valuable tactics and techniques that could save their lives in a violent situation on the street.
CKM is a very technical and structured system, which will teach you in a relatively short time how to defend yourself effectively.
Commando Krav Maga is not a traditional or sport-based martial art. There are no competitions, rules or regulations. Instead, CKM is designed for the primary goal of survival in no rules environment. We will give you the skills to make it home safely.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
1- Register using a simple Google Form
2- Step Up to our Next Class. The Schedule is Monday & Thursday at 7pm.
3- Wear sport Attire, expect to do Warm Up, Basic conditioning, followed by techniques and defense Drills.
4- Due to the Covid19 the use of face covering is a must.

How did you get started teaching?
I teach martial arts since 1992, for me it is a passion.
What types of students have you worked with?
This system accepts students from the age of 14 to adults.
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
There are many systems related to Krav Maga, our style is very particular and definitely if you want to learn CKM, you must do it with an instructor who is duly certified.
