We teach a traditional Japanese full contact Karate the way it was taught in Japan and we also teach Krav Maga which is an Isreali Combat Street Self Defense against knifes, Gun disarmament, Chokes, Grabs, Baseball Bat attacks or stick attacks, Carjacking, in an airplane, in a bus, in a train, agianst multiple attackers and more.
