About
I believe that every body is different, and so should your yoga lessons. A one on one practice is the best way to creating a safe and intelligent practice. I aim to help students bridge any gaps between mind and body to create an authentic yoga experience and overall relaxation. My goal is to teach students these tools to help reduce stress, increase flexibility, and achieve overall life balance.
I got certified to teach yoga in 2017 and have been teaching classes at a studio (Yoga Lab) for over a year. I recently graduated from FGCU with a Bachelor's in Psychology and am currently embarking on a masters in Traditional Chinese Medicine & Acupuncture. I look forward to incorporating these concepts into each lesson!
I love to watch students transform in the physical and spiritual realm! There is something so special when humans allow themselves to be vulnerable and willing to learn something new that has great impact not only on the physical body, but also on the mind.
