I been practicing meditation for 20 years and Hatha Yoga for 8.
I am also a certified Health Coach.
Yoga is a spiritual practice and the first goal is to calm the mind, asanas will be mastered with time and the body will become strong and flexible.
Hatha Yoga was ceated by the Yogis to purified the body and mind to be able to sit and practice concentration to fall into meditation.
It is also important anything that that goes into your body, mind and emotions through your senses, especially what you eat.
Guiding people in the right direction to become better human beings and seeing them getting healthier and happy.

I first explain what I do in the class.
Also I explain what Yoga really is, because there is a misconception believing that Yoga is only asana (postures) practice.
In my class first I do relaxation, then pranayam(breathing exercises to calm the mind) then warm up, sun salutations and then the asanas, finishing with relaxation and meditation.
