Self taught, I particularly identify with my students as I was once new to cooking and baking. I teach the basic concepts that enables my students to understand building flavors and methods to become seasoned creators in no time and no stress.
I absolutely love what I do. It is such a joy to have the ability to bring my knowledge to my clients all the tips and tricks I've learned all these years. I started out watching hours on end of food network wishing I could create Emerils dishes, and somehow I was successful. I mastered Macaroni and cheese and now I dream and execute my visions in food surprisingly in simplicity while maintaining a clean kitchen.
