About this pro

I learned from top italian chefs in Italy. as well as the best home cooks in America. Spent a year in Italy learning to make the most popular Italian dishes such as meatballs, homemade pasta and sauces you will lick your fingers clean for. I will teach you how to make the most delicious dishes so that you can prepare them for yourself and your loved ones. I make it simple to learn, understand and for you to repeat at home. I make sure you have fun along the way because you can taste it in the food.

I enjoy cooking and teaching others how to start enjoying it as well. Check out @chefchubbyhubby on instagram for pictures of my food.

1) Talk about what the student is looking for and what they want to get out of the class.

2) Create a menu with the student per their likings.

3) Meet, cook and enjoy life.

4) Provide student with all recipes and a small gift as our token of appreciation.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

All my training was from home cooks / home chefs around the world.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.

It is all dependant on your needs and requests.

How did you get started teaching?

The love of cooking brought me to the love of seeing someone else be able to make that same delicious meal for themselves and their loved ones.

What types of students have you worked with?

Amatuers to proffessionals.

Describe a recent event you are fond of.

Italian sunday meals are the best time of the week. Family, friends, food, wine and laughs. There really is nothing else you can ask for.

What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?

Make sure that the teacher knows what you want and tailors the class around you. Do not let the teacher dictate the class.

What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?

What food they would like to know how to make and perfect.
