Trained under famous senior trainers from Russia and USA, I earned my 200-hour certification and now teach group and private classes, in addition to Yoga on the beach.
I teach Akhila yoga - itβs a harmonious balanced practice which combains Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and Pranayama and works on development of all levels of being: physical, energetic, emotional, intellectual and spiritual.

I am doing healthy life style, yoga, pranayama, meditation and Reiki healing for the last seven years. My daily tasks in practice depending on the time of the day, the season, the mental and physical conditions.
With the believe that yoga should be fun, I ensure that all of my students feel safe and fulfilled by focusing on basic alignment and what I call a more "joyful approach" to challenging poses.
My classes are geared towards all levels as I believe yoga is for anyone and everyone π§ββοΈ

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
We do short phone interview, then arrange date, place and time and meet for the first class.
If you like it we agree our permanent schedule for classes and go towards your goals.
