About
Everything we do, and how we do it, revolves around mutual teacher-student respect and providing a healthy and safe environment for our students, in which to learn. We encourage questions and expect our students to ask many of them.
"For nearly two decades, I've dedicated myself to the practice of martial arts, competing professionally in MMA and remaining an active Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu competitor. I'm passionate about sharing my expertise to help others achieve their goals—whether it's improving physical fitness, learning self-defense, or simply enjoying a stress-relieving workout. Few things are as exhilarating as the disciplines of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and kickboxing, and I would be thrilled to guide you on your journey."

I have been training with Freddie for almost 5 years, first starting once a week and now for the past 2 years we have meet 3x a week. That alone says so much about him and his teaching. I have never been in better shape, and I have engaged in exercising my whole life . On those days when you feel there is nothing left in you, Freddie always find that little extra taking you to the next level . I am so grateful for the first time I walked into his gym.
