If you already exercise a few times a week then Conditioning can be ruled out but you will put work with exercises designed to help with making you faster and producing power. I do not train people for competition at the moment. This training is for exercise and recreation only.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
Full 30 minute non stop session to test strength and endurance

$45 just for a session any day of the week

Look for a teacher willing to teach you all apsects and asks for your feedback so they can tailor your needs to a specific regimen. Everyone learns diffently
