About
The students needs always comes first. I have an AA music degree. I taught over one thousand students with my 10 year tenure at the Music Shack. I am a certified teacher in Arizona. I have 3000 performances, including the better part of 5 years on cruise ships. Please see education and training below. It's quite extensive.
I have students that have gone on to become professionals. Trent Little is now a performer at "Howl at the Moon". They fly him all over the country to perform in their venue's. Bailey Callahan now a Nashville recording artist.
I love passing the the torch and giving the student information that will last a lifetime. I am a born showman and teaching gives me the opportunty to not only teach but to entertain.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The 1st lesson is basically a crash course in what it will take to become a guitarist, bassist, or pianist. Covering technique, practise, goals and any song you want to learn. Then let the fun begin. What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
I am the mentor you have been looking for. Stop and don't look anymore until you have taken a lesson from me. Then if you are not satified by all means keep looking. I am fun, creative and get along with everyone.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What are their accomplishments. Are they a professional performer and where have they played. Do my needs come first. Can the teacher play the styles of music I am interested in.
