I have been coaching piano and voice for many years. I am a graduate of the University of Iowa with a BA in Music Performance and Education. I am also a performer and have performed all over the country from New York to Los Angeles to Los Vegas and Florida.

I love teaching and coaching singers and love when they achieve their fullest potential. I prepare them for whatever genre they hope to go into. I especially LOVE to teach piano to younger children. Their minds are like little sponges and it is rewarding to see them grow.

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
For piano students the first lesson is a get to know you time. It is also a time for me to learn what the student may alreay know about the pinao. For studenst that have been in lessons before it is a time for them to to play through some songs in whatever books they have been working in.
I teach from the Faber Piano Adventures curriculem. Once the first lesson is completed, I will give you the lesson books that I will using.
