Lorna has a creative energy that exudes through her dishes.. and believes that food should be presented beautifully, eaten slowly and talked about long after is has been digested.

Do you have a standard pricing system for your lessons? If so, please share the details here.
Most of our group classes start at $40 a person, our private lessons are $150 an hour and online classes are $15.00
How did you get started teaching?
I had so many guests come up to me at catering events saying they are nervous to cook , they didn't know where to start and even when they did cook, it never tasted good... I feel the need to share my talents and discoveries with my clients.. I want everyone to be able to Fook ( fun while cooking)

Describe a recent event you are fond of.
I just ran into one of my former students and she explained that she learned so much and still adds wine to her pasta water and cream when it comes out.. she was beaming as her family now loves her pasta dishes!
What advice would you give a student looking to hire a teacher in your area of expertise?
Make sure they have some sort of professional background.
