I am a chef that loves taking the time to teach people about one of my favorite activities of all, cooking! I went to culinary school in the Napa Valley and have worked the Napa Valley industry as well as the Miami market. I have a wide range of skills from bread baking to curing meat. I am a studied chef that has an immense amount of knowledge that I would love to share.
I love teaching and cooking is an amazing thing to teach, it is basically the creation of happiness. I also greatly enjoy teaching people how to create delicious morsels

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I asses what they are looking to learn and from there I create a system to immerse my student in the process as well as the the conviviality of the amazing skill that is to please a palate and the beauty of silent gratitude.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have two years of culinary education, an MBA and years of cooking in restaurants make me an extremely qualified individual.
What questions should students think through before talking to teachers about their needs?
What do I wanna learn, what is my skill level, and most important of all what do I wanna get out of my class?
