As they request a special skill to be teached, I try to give the best of me on each lesson given so my student can learn step by step the skill they want to develop. I can teach you ANY type of cousine (Mediterranean, Spanish, American, Italian, Asian, Indian, Kosher, Vegetarian, Pescatarian, Vegan, No GMO, Keto, Gain/Lose weight diet's, etc)and How to clean your animal in/out (Yes, also that!) I'm always happy to teach my fellows chef's.
I enjoy knowing I can help my students develope better cooking skills and teach them few secrets for a better a productive food process.
