My name is Alla and I am 65 years young.

I always wanted to take a piano lessons, but it was never a good time

Now I am retired and still wanted to learn how to play piano, but I was feeling very insecure about my abilities to do so.

But from the start Irena with the European School of Music was very supportive caring and incredibly capable mentor and teacher for me. She not only is extremely knowledgeable, but infuses the lessons with her love of music and incredible patience and genuine affection for her students.

I cannot imagine a better teacher!

Irina works very well with both children and adults, and customizes her lessons and approach to each students needs. As one of her adult piano students, Im frequently impressed by her ability to provide explanations and tips that deepen my understanding of music while helping me improve my playing. Irinas exceptional training and years of teaching combine to make her a very effective teacher and mentor. Im very happy to have discovered her school and to be among her pupils.

My son and I both had a wonderful experience studying piano with Irina. She is a very dedicated, experienced teacher who uses innovative methods of teaching music to both children and adults. Her unique approach to teaching helped us to enjoy music much more fully and practice became more fun. Irina also helped us to understand the history and theory of every musical piece we studied.

Reading music became much easier under her guidance. I would highly recommend Irina to anyone who would like to learn how to play the piano.

Irina Frumes has been my piano teacher for over 10 years. I started piano as a 40 year old. My young daughters also took lessons from Irina from 1st grade into high school. Studying classical piano with Irina has given all of us a wonderful appreciation for music. Irina is a rigorous instructor and offers her students traditional methods while choosing diverse music selections to work with. As an adult beginner, it was a pleasure to work with Irina and as I saw with my children, Irina is skilled in working with very young kids and teenagers. In order to succeed in learning piano, practice is critical so if you’re prepared to practice and learn from a master instructor I highly recommend Irina.

I love the fact that she can apply her many years of expertise with my seven year old daughter without overwhelming her. She has the magic touch and her teaching technique is fantastic. We started piano at 4 years old and amazingly my daughter excelled with her teaching. She also taught my brother piano. He was able to advance with other instruments due to her efficient teaching. Very professional, classy, passionate and efficient. I highly recommend her.

She was a professional grade music teacher and she really cared about the children. My daughter and son studied with her for 10 plus years. My sons school music teacher asked me where he had learned piano because he wanted to compliment her on what a great job she did. He said many teachers do not teach as throughly or teach them the correct form/techniques. He was highly impressed. She also showed in many small ways how she actually cared about my children. I highly recommend Irina!!!!
