As a certified Culinary Chef and owner of the cafe, I like to treat everyone respect, Listen, patience. Worked in the hospitality industry more than 35 years, traveled all over USA as well as Asia and Europe to inhance my Culinary knowledge. I am the member of American Culinary Federation. Achieved several medals and honors. I worked with some of the great people in the industry.
