Culinary Compulsion
About
Culinary Compulsion presents life deeply and deliciously lived amid global and gloriously homey cuisine.
Spearheaded and led by the charismatic Alona Abbady Martinez, a food and luxury travel writer for over 20 years, students will quickly learn the nuances of easy, tasting cooking, how to impress a date, quiet hungry teens, or simply enjoy the luxury of a well-prepared meal.
Food is a life experience, it allows us to travel to a new place, without even having to leave the comfort of our own kitchen! I enjoy sharing this with my students, as well as demystifiying the act of cooking, which is always much simpler (and fun!) that people believe. Anyone can cook. Everyone should have fun cooking. My classes shows you how to do both.
