Hi My name is Chef Sal. I'm somewhat a little different from other Chef Instructors. I will deffinately teach you how to cook properly and in a safe manner but what I really love to teach is the science behind cooking. I teach in a very simple way, I dont complicate my course or teachings. I have 25+ years in the industry, where I've worked along side other amazing Chefs. I've been able to learn many techniquesand recipes that I love to share and teach. Just to name a few
