First I will get to know their experience or their training mode and capabilities. What are their limitations. Second, starts by assessing the physical condition. Later, starts with the basics and grow to next level. Once the student know the moves he doesn’t have to constantly repeat it.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have military training experience.. for over 10 years. I trained individuals and groups as well.
