Thank you for viewing my profile. I run Human Performance Training Company and we specialize in helping individuals achieve their goals in life. For athletics for focus on a hybrid approach of skills training combined with strength and conditioning. As the Owner/CEO, my background is within basketball and strength and conditioning. I have 6 years experience as a basketball assistant coach, 4 years as a strength and conditioning coach, 4 years as a basketball skills developer, 4 years as a basketball film analyst, and 4 years as a personal trainer within the fitness world. I have worked with NBA Players, Overseas, and have helped various high school students transition into the collegiate setting as student athletes as their assistant coach. I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science, CPT, and soon to be CSCS coach. Hopefully my company and myself are a great fit.

25 per session as a group rate, yet, you have to bring two more people with you for this rate to be honored
How did you get started teaching?
I got started when I needed to get stronger and more atheltic playing basketball. The joy of training myself started grow towards training other people.

Make sure the workout isn't a lot of busy work. It should be concise and fundamental
