Atlanta Kyusho and Jujitsu was started on the basis of working multiple methods and principles of martial arts – including Okinawan Kempo, Combative Jujitsu, and Filipino Martial Arts– to learn realistic, practical, and combative self-defense. Learn versatile skills that range from simple pain-compliance-and-control techniques to protection in life-threatening situations. AKJ also teaches the traditions and history of the arts as it relates to integrity of the art and the self-cultivation of its practitioners. EMPOWER YOURSELF in building skill, strength, community, knowledge, and confidence.
I enjoy the opportunity to share my passion with people. Martial arts helps to empower people's lives and, in turn, continue to spead the inspiaration and empowerment to others.

The information taught at AKJ is for serious practitioners and membership is by acceptance only. There are no children classes at AKJ so we only accept adults 18 and up. Just as you are choosing a Dojo, the teachers will choose who they will accept. We accept people of good character, a willingness to learn, a great attitude, and without a criminal history (felony or violent crime – background checks are performed). AKJ will never discriminate based off sex, race, sexual-preference, or religion; we celebrate diversity! However, there is a cap on the amount of students AKJ will accept; admission is contingent upon current enrollment. If you’re interested in joining, contact Sensei Moree today.
