About

I strive to empower young violinists through the development of their technique, the fostering of their musical personality, and through encouraging greater comfort and ease in performance settings! My love of pedagogy began while doing pedagogy coursework at Vanderbilt University (B.M. '21), and it would eventually mature into a Master's Degree of Violin Performance & Pedagogy from Memorial University (M.M. '24), where I studied Galamian Pedagogy (pub. 1962) and the foundational études for technique development, as well as watched my students grow in confidence and ability alongside my growth as a teacher. I welcome the opportunity to work with students of all ages!
