Simply put, my mission is devoted to you--making the most of your musical talent and helping you achieve your goals. I attribute my musical education to the decade spent in private study with world famous master pianist, Dr. Ana Maria Bottazzi. I performed for seven years at different venues around the Long Island, New York City area including Carnegie Recital Hall and Steinway Hall. I later decided to follow in my mentor's footsteps by teaching students in my home studio. During this period, I enjoyed a friendship/work affiliation for ten years with The Piano Shoppes Inc., four of which were spent as their head piano teacher. Our annual formal, and bi annual casual recitals were inspiring to all. Each year students entered the NYSSMA competition, in which they all recieved a score of "excellent " or "outstanding ". Having relocated to Augusta Georgia I have settled in here by serving as pianist and/or music director for several different Columbia County and Richmond County churches, and becoming a member of the MTNA, GMTA and AMTA. I am looking forward to continuing my musical journey with a new group of aspiring musicians.I give beginners much needed one-on-one time, cementing a strong musical foundation of basic techniques and good practices. Lessons are the perfect complement to school programs. Students fine-tune skills, gain confidence in their abilities and stand out from their class. I encourage parents to stay involved by sitting in on lessons and asking questions. so that they can assist at home practice.INTERMEDIATE AND ADVANCED MUSICIANS
Even the more advanced musician can benefit from lessons as I help polish musical training, enhance technique and increase musical repertoire.
