Patricia Newton

I'm very qualified to teach, with undergraduate and graduate degrees in piano, piano pedagogy and organ (pipe). I have taught for many years with lots of experience teaching small children to adults. The main thing for me is that I enjoy what I do and am able to point students in the right direction. It has to be fun and interesting in order to learn.

I love the one-on-one contact and seeing progress result from having fun learning. I have taught at Columbus State University and at home in my studio. My undergraduate degree in music is from Salem College in Winston-Salem, N.C. My Master of Music in Organ and Sacred Music is from Indiana University in Bloomington, Indiana. I have a pipe organ in my studio along with my piano.
