I provide basketball and fitness training for all levels. My training philosophy is based on three things. Teaching a well rounded skill set, progressing from the fundamentals to the advanced skills at an appropriate pace, and integrating fitness will basketball skills training. I have a system that can be scaled to meet all levels.
