Tony is both personable and professional, which makes him a great teacher. I hired him to train me and my two teenage daughters on self defense combined with fitness. Each lesson has been full of technique, knowledge, and great exercise. These classes have actually been fun for my family while the same time we’re burning calories and learning to protect ourselves. Expectations have been beyond exceeded and we look forward to each class🥊.
