My Fee is $130.00 each month
for a total of 2 hours of instruction .
Children receive 30 minute lessons ,
there are 4 lessons a month for a total
of 2 hours.
🎹 I strive to motivate my piano students by giving fun familiar songs in ALL GENRES Classical to Alternative .
I approach teaching 🎹 piano using music with the alphabet letters inside the notes for young beginners to seniors .
I present the writing materials necessary to memorize the treble & bass notes and their location on the piano 🎼 This continues as we learn your favorite songs .
✨ I'll accompany you on piano & use my Roland Music Tutor tracks which is like having a band or orchestra playing your music 🎶 with you which stimulates ear training , keeping time and much more .
⭐️ I'm always exploring creative ways to challenge my students to the next level of their musical development while having Fun🤩
Education
Bachelor of Arts in Piano Performance with an Emphasis on Classical literature .
Minored in Early childhood Education and Development from Florida State University.
JAZZ skills with renowned Jazz teacher Ted Howe .
I teach JAZZ using the alphabet just like we use on our music charts !

In addition to the Theory of how music is created using Scales , chord progressions, voicing chords , modes . Song writing ✍️ & recording .
Although teaching is my gift , performing is my heart 💖 and soul . I sing and play piano at private events between my teaching schedule .
I encourage my students to participate in local open mic venues with musicians that I'll share with you . 🎹🎤 I provide Two Recital performances each year to those that can participate .

🎤 Vocal Development 💫
We will work to style your voice so it becomes the instrument you can depend on to accomplish your vocal goals.
You'll Learn the visual anatomy of your voice . This explains how we make sounds and what is possible with EXERCISE 💪🏼 which is #1 for Singers .
This envolves using vocabulary of how the voice develops , that's shaping our sound 😮 with vowels , hearing ourselves and what the audience hears is important to styling your voice .
Want to be a " Professional Singer " you must follow a path in your genre of selecting songs to learn . Hire me for that direction .

How did you get started teaching?
I started private piano lessons when I was 7 , I would show my friends how to play songs . That's when I knew I loved to teach .
In High School we had a work program and received credits to work . I chose to work in a day care teaching children's music ,singing and preparing the holiday & graduation programs was fun and a natural fit , this confirmed the direction I've pursue.💫🎹💫🎹🎤🎹💫🎹💫
