About
The most exciting thing for me is knowing a student has learned something they didn't before and uses it to get better in an area that they were not strong in.
I enjoy seeing someone get better each session. I love to see the student I see on day 30 is much better than the one I saw on Day 1.

Frequently asked questions
What is your typical process for working with a new student?
The goal is to first to see if the student and I meet each other expectations of what we are looking for in a training session. The student would then interview me on what he/she is looking for in a coach. Based upon time/schedule we both will decide if it a right fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a bachelor in sociology and sports coaching. My knowledge, skills, and experience makes me the perfect candidate for this role. I have been coaching youth athletics at all levels for over 10 years. I also am a former high school and college player who loves teaching the game of basketball.
I recently was the Head Coach of the middle school and the assistant coach of the varsity Holy Spirit Cougars.
I am enthusiastic, reliable, organized and hardworking. My motivation, great sense of humor and positive nature enables me to relate to people at all fitness levels and ages. I have also proven to be a great role model for young athletes because of my past participation in sports allows me to teach a team work attitude.
