I have a degree in music composition and performance I work with students which have learning disabilties , as well as those who do not, I have been diagnosed with ADHD, and we can overcome those obstacles together , Music is the fastest way I know to convey a thought , emotion, or idea to another human being, But i can show you a lot better than I can tell you
I enjoy bringing light into the darkness, music is the fastest way to accomplish this. it's very rewarding , and I learn many things along the way

What is your typical process for working with a new student?
I let the student tell me what it is that they would like to learn to play, I make sure they know their way around the instrument, and its accessories, then i start them on reading music, as well as working with lead sheets, which are what professionals use. I want the student to enjoy playing the guitar, or piano
