What is your typical process for working with a new student?
It depends what you want. I'm flexible but I believe you will stick with it only if it's fun. Practicing scales is not fun. Playing songs is fun. Let's learn some songs.

I've played guitar for 48 years.
I gig a couple times a week. One in a band. Another solo.
